My observation: It fully blends with skin and doesn’t look like I applied any product. It tones the skin just enough to provide a healthy look.

My observation: You can notice very small shiny particles which contribute to the fresh look.
Also, it contains vitamins C and E which help in preventing premature aging.
How to use it:
It can be used under or in place of foundation. When I don’t have a need for a heavier make-up, then I like to wear it alone. Actually, I prefer to wear it alone because the face looks fresh and healthy, and it seems like I haven’t applied anything. When it is worn under the foundation then the foundation covers its color and shiny minerals. Used that way, it helps the foundation to minimize the appearance of pores, but it loses most of its main features.
Conclusion:
This product does all what it claims. I think that all of its benefits you can see if you wear it alone. Skin Perfecting Primer is a lightweight product that doesn’t do major changes on the skin, yet it creates the invisible positive changes by providing a dewy finish.
