theBalm – Down Boy blush/eyeshadow
You have already noticed my obsession with theBalm Hot Mama! blush, and last month I decided to give a chance to the Down Boy blush. Of course, I was very pleased with this one as well – it has beautiful pink color, discrete shine, fine texture. I’ll review it in one of the following posts.
Illamasqua – Intense Lipgloss in Follow (review)
These days, I constantly praise Illamasqua lip glosses, because they are much more than the regular lip glosses – they are thick, long-lasting, highly pigmented. As you already saw, last month I loved the Follow color.
This palette is great for neutral and classic smokey looks. Since I don’t have any of the Nude/Naked/Bare palettes, this one arrived at the right time and I’m sure I’ll use it a lot. Review with swatches is coming up soon.
L’Occitane – Citrus Verbena Daily Use Shampoo (review)
From the whole Verbena collection I was most impressed by the shampoo. After washing, the hair is neither too rigid, nor too fluffy, but just as it should be. This high quality product also has amazing verbena scent.
I was very pleased with it, so I got myself a few more luxurious samples of it.
I use my Missha, Sexy Mama and Hot Mama! on a daily basis, I already said everything you need to know, so here is just a short note about them. These are must-have products which are hard to replace.
If you opt for them, you can start with Missha samples so you do not make a mistake when choosing the right shade.
Transparent powders, such as the Sexy Mama, can be found in drugstores at much lower prices, but the exceptional quality is what distinguishes Mama from the others and that’s why it is indispensable to me.
Hot Mama! – if you are crazy about the peach color combined with a golden glow, then you’ll hardly find a better blush than this one. It’s not just the color, but the fine texture as well. Also, the beautiful package cannot leave anyone indifferent.
What were your January favs?
