E.l.f. stands for ‘eyes lips face’. Joey Shamah and Scott Vincent Borba founded this company in order to offer women quality, but extremely cheap products. The idea was born when Borba saw in ’99-cents’ shops beautiful looking women buying cheap cosmetics. He was particularly fascinated by the fact that although they were wearing Vuitton bags and had luxury cars, they were buying make-up of only 99 cents. He decided to offer them something himself. Not just to them, but also for those who doesn’t have such expensive taste for bags and cars.

In the U.S. most of their product costs about $1. To Croatians they are available via British e.l.f. Prices are slightly higher than in U.S., but still very acceptable. For every 1.000th FB fan they offer free shipping that you can get by entering a code. It is necessary to spend a minimum of £10.

Here are some products that I’ve received recently:

Mineral Eyeshadow  – £3.00
Mineral Blush – £3.50
Feather Proof Moisturizing Lip Liner – £1.50
Eye Shadow Brush – £1.50
Nail File Set – £0.75
