Flagship location to offer exclusive retail experience

CHANEL unveils its new fragrance & beauty space at MARTIMEX, in the heart of Zagreb. At approximately 50 square meters, this retail space is designed to offer consumers an exclusive environment to experience the world of CHANEL fragrances, makeup and skincare in an innovative way. Customers will be offered an ultimate luxury journey while being serviced by a specialized team of fragrance experts, makeup artists, and beauty advisors.

Inspired by the codes of the House of CHANEL, this contemporary designed space invites clients into the world of CHANEL fragrances & beauty so they can experience the heritage and expertise of the brand.

DESIGN
From beige and gold colors to tweed textures, the new space echoes the unique codes of the House of CHANEL, recreating a luxurious ‘boutique style’ ambiance and embodying the distinct CHANEL spirit.

LES EXCLUSIFS DE CHANEL
The location will also house Les EXCLUSIFS DE CHANEL, including “1932”, the latest addition to this collection of now 14 exclusive fragrances. Created by Jacques Polge, the Master Perfumer at CHANEL, this elegant fragrance pays tribute to the first diamond jewellery collection created by Mademoiselle Chanel in 1932.

Not only the new boutique will highlight the unique fragrance history of the brand and deliver unparalleled service, it will also be the stage of special fragrance events, animations and guest speakers, continually evolving to give customers a dynamic insight into the world of CHANEL fragrances.

THE OLFACTORY BAR
The new space heralds the olfactive bar developed by CHANEL’s Perfumer, Director of Research and Development, Christopher Sheldrake, in collaboration with the CHANEL Fragrance Laboratory. Utilizing an innovative ceramic blotter system, the table houses the 54 fragrance concentrates encompassing the entire range of CHANEL perfumery. On-site fragrance experts will offer clients an interactive olfactive journey through the house’s extensive fragrance offerings.

MAKEUP AND SKINCARE
The makeup & skincare area offers customers a luxurious environment to explore the beauty products with the assistance of 2 CHANEL beauty experts. A makeup artist will be present every day to welcome each woman, dedicating time and expertise to making her even more beautiful.
A dedicated area to skincare allows clients to discover the CHANEL skincare range with a skincare expert to diagnose their individual needs.
