Her makeup was done by makeup artist Kayleen McAdams. On inspiration, McAdams said, “This look is all about the lips. We chose a bright plum lip and kept the eyes soft with bronze shadow and multiple coats of mascara. The dress is a gorgeous shade of teal and the hair is very sleek and youthful so we wanted the makeup to stand out and look youthful as well.”
I started by applying COVERGIRL TRUconceal Concealer #4under the eyes and around the nose. I then applied COVERGIRL NatureLuxe Silk Foundation in Nutmeg with a sponge and set that with COVERGIRL Clean Pressed Powder in Soft Honey. I chose a plum toned blush COVERGIRL Cheekers Blush in Plumberry Glow and applied it along the cheekbones and apples of the cheeks.
Oči: I applied COVERGIRL Eye Enhancers 3-kit Shadow in Golden Sunset all over the lid and into the crease and then applied three coats of NEW COVERGIRL LashBlast 24HR Mascara to the top lashes and one coat on the bottom.
Usne: I applied COVERGIRL LipPerfection Lipcolor in Everlasting first and then appliedCOVERGIRL LipPerfection Lipliner in Beloved. This keeps the lipstick from bleeding, but makes it easier to apply the line with the moisture of the lipstick.
When she was ready to hit the red carpet, I sent Sofia on her way with powder, lip pencil and lipstick for reapplication.

Matin Maulawizada, brand ambassador for Laura Mercier, did a modern take on classic Old Hollywood Glamour.
To ensure she looked flawless throughout the evening – from her early afternoon red carpet arrival to post-show after-parties, Matin prepped Claire’s face using the iconic Laura Mercier Foundation Primer, $30. Laura Mercier Crème Smooth Foundation in Sunny Beige, evened out her skin tone. Matin then lightly applied Laura Mercier Shimmer Bloc in Golden Mosaic, to Claire’s cheekbones to enhance her natural glow. Laura Mercier Secret Camouflage in SC3, brightened darker tones under Claire’s eyes. The look was set with Laura Mercier Loose Setting Powder in Translucent, a universal loose powder that creates a soft-focus effect on-camera.
Claire’s vibrant, statement-making red lips were created with several layers of Laura Mercier Crème Lip Colour in Seduction.
Matin used Laura Mercier Tightline Cake Eye Liner in Black Ebony, to line Claire’s upper and lower rims, and finished the look with two coats of Laura Mercier Waterproof Mascara.

Makeup artist Molly Stern wanted to keep Kate’s skin luminous and create a slight edge with the eyes.
Koža: Molly began by moisturizing Kate’s skin with Natura Bisse’s The Cure Cream. She then primed with Hourglass Veil Mineral Primer which creates a flawless canvas for makeup, followed by a light application of Hourglass Illusion Tinted Moisturizer in Sand.
Obrazi: She used the bronze tone in Hourglass Illume Crème-to Powder Bronzer Duo in Sunset to add warmth to her skin, and followed with the blush tone applied on the apples of her cheeks. She then dusted Nars Miss Liberty high on her cheekbone to add an extra glow.
Oči: Molly used the bronze shade of Hourglass Visionaire Eye Shadow Duo in Gypsy as a base, and set it with Nars Galapagos Eye Shadow, smudged deep into the lid. For an extra pop of light, she dabbed Chanel’s Blazing Gold Ombré Essential over the inner lid. Her lashes are deep and jet-black due to Hourglass Film Noir Full Spectrum Mascara, followed by Hourglass Film Noir Lash Lacquer which was painted over them for an extra kick of drama.
Usne: Hourglass Femme Rouge Velvet Crème lipstick in Fresco was used as a base on Kate’s lips, followed by Hourglass Extreme Sheen Lip Gloss in Imagine for a glistening sheen.

Angela started the makeup application with cleaning the skin with CHANEL Lotion Douceur Gentle Hydrating Toner using a sponge instead of cotton. She then applied a thin layer of CHANEL Ultra Correction Lift Intensive Lifting Concentrate on her face, Angels Makeup Collagen Treatment under her eyes, and placed CHANEL Sublimage La Creme Texture Supreme on her cheeks and neck. For this red carpet makeup look, Angela applied CHANEL Vitalumiere Aqua Ultra-Light Skin Perfecting Makeup SPF 15 in Beige-Pastel on the face and eye lids, as a base. On the eyes, she used the grey shadow shades from the CHANEL Quadra Eyeshadow in Smoky Eyes to create a light smoky effect on the upper lid, then adding CHANEL Long-Lasting Eyeliner in Black Shimmer to the top lash. Angela then defined the brows with CHANEL Sculpting Eyebrow Pencil in Blond Clair and added two coats of CHANEL Inimitable Mascara in Noir on the top and bottom lashes. On Michelle’s cheeks, she applied CHANEL Powder Blush in Rose Ecrin that gave a perfect flush, and completed the look with CHANEL Rouge Coco Hydrating Crème Lip Colour in Perle.

Adir started by using Fekkai COIFF™ Océanique Tousled Wave Spray throughout dry hair. He then used a small amount of Fekkai Brilliant Glossing Cream, applying it to the ends
of hair to create a moisturizing seal. Using a medium round brush he blow-dried the hair with volume. He then wrapped the hair around a one inch curling iron using slight tension to create loose waves. This process was repeated around the head. Lastly, Adir took the hair at the crown of the
head, pulling it back for a Bardo-style bump. He finished the look with Fekkai COIFF™ Sheer Hold Hairspray for hold and Fekkai Brilliant Glossing Sheer Shine Mist for shine.

To play up Nicole’s eyes, Angela used the taupe shade in the CHANEL Quadra Eyeshadow in Lilium all over the lids, followed by the deep green shade to define the upper lash line. She lined under the lower lash line with Face Eyeshadow in Steel, and then the lashes were finished with CHANEL Inimitable Mascara in Noir. To complete the look, Angela used CHANEL Powder Blush in In Love on the cheeks and Laura Mercer Secret Brightening Powder on the cheek and brow bones. Jorjee Douglass did her makeup. She said: “I was inspired by Emma Peel from the 1960s British TV show The Avengers,” says Jorjee. “I wanted Zooey’s beautiful skin to glow so I started with Rimmel London’s Fix & Perfect Pro Primer which is a must-do step to hydrate and mattify the skin.”
Next, Jorjee used Match Perfection Foundation in Ivory for smooth coverage that will last. She then used Match Perfection Concealer in Light and Fair under the eyes and to cover any imperfections.
“I kept the mod inspiration on the eyes, creating a cat eye shape. I used Glam’Eyes Professional Liquid Liner on the top of the lid and a feathered line on the bottom. I topped the liner with Glam’Eyes HD Quad Eyeshadow in Black Cab and English Rose for a soft smokey eye. Then I loaded up her lashes with Lash Accelerator Mascara to make her long lashes even longer.”
“I played up Zooey’s amazing eyes so I wanted to keep the rest of her look neutral, highlighting her cheeks and adding a touch of color to her lips,” says Jorjee. She used Lasting Finish Blendable Blush & Highlighter in Autumn Blush on her cheeks and Lasting Finish Intense Wear Lipstick in Nude Pink on her lips.

‘It was all about the dress so we wanted to keep the makeup clean and soft’ said make-up artist Toby Fleischman. And that meant a nod to the new season pink story which was all over the catwalks for spring, on the lips; subtle metallics on the eyes (metallic smoky eyes are new for this season) and beautiful, clear, velvety skin.
Oči: ‘We used NARS Paramaribo Duo, a gilded gold and bronze eye shadow to create a soft metallic eye to pick up the accent of Evan’s feathers, with Almay One Coat Nourishing Mascara.’
Obrazi: ‘To keep it soft and feminine we used the new NARS Gaiety Blush for a sheer flush of pink on the cheek along with a swipe of good-old standby NARS Angelika Blush to add a bit of shimmer.’

For Dianna’s makeup, makeup artist Monika Blunder was inspired by the spring 2012 fashion shows where the makeup was fresh but still very glamorous. Since Dianna’s red Giles dress was so “va va voom,” Monika focused on the lips to be the stand out feature.
Monika kept Julianna’s skin simple and fresh with a bit of L’Oréal Paris True Match Super-Blendable Makeup in Light Ivory to give skin a light glow. Since the focus was kept on her lips, only a small amount of L’Oréal Paris Magic Smooth Soufflé Blush in Celestial (Pink) was applied to the apples of cheeks. The bold red lip stole the show; Monika applied L’Oréal Paris Infallible Le Rouge in Bold Bordeaux for lasting shine and pigment. The eyes were highlighted with a hint of L’Oréal Paris Infallible Eye Shadow in Iced Latte with Vaseline applied over it to create added shine. The L’Oréal Paris Voluminous Smoldering Eyeliner in Black was lightly applied around the rim of the eye and Monika applied several coats of L’Oréal Paris Voluminous False Fiber Lashes Mascara in Black to complete the look.
Sarah Michelle Gellar – Monique Lhuillier haljina
Make-up:
Makeup artist Jake Bailey was inspired by Sarah’s Monique L’huillier blue and white gown (which was chosen by Sarah’s two year old daughter). For the night, Jake wanted to make the eyes the main focus to complement the bold color of the dress.
To start, Jake used L’Oréal Paris Extra-Intense Carbon Black Eyeliner to rim and define the top and bottom lash lines.
To accentuate Sarah Michelle’s lashes he coated them with L’Oréal Paris Voluminous False Fiber Lashes Mascara in Blackest Black.
He perfected her skin by buffing a dime size dollop L’Oréal Paris True Match Super-Blendable Makeup in Caramel Beige over Sarah Michelle’s entire face and finished it with a dusting of Guerlain Mineral Powder in Les Violettes.
Jake used a powder bronzer from Nars in Laguna to warm her complexion and brightened her cheeks with a swirl Benefit’s Coralista, a shimmery coral blush.
He lined Sarah Michelle’s lips and filled them in with Urban Decay’s a nude liner, Wallflower.
Jake finished the look by applying L’Oréal Paris Infallible 8hr plumping gloss in plumping pink to add shine and dimension.
For her body he mixed equal parts AHAVA mineral body lotion and M.A.C. strobe cream to add a healthy sheen to her shoulders arms and decolletage.

Her makeup was done by makeup artist Kara Yoshimoto Bua for Chanel. Kara’s inspiration for the look was Jessica’s coloring and her white gown. Bua said: “I wanted to keep it simple and bright in the corals and neutral tones”.
“I started Jessica’s look by applying CHANEL Vitalumiere Aqua Ultra-Light Skin Perfecting Makeup SPF 15 in Beige-Sable to her face, setting it with CHANEL Natural Finished Pressed Powder in Natural, and adding CHANEL Powder Blush in In Love to the cheeks for a healthy glow. I wanted to focus on popping the eyes with brown and taupe shades…I defined the eyes with the deep warm brown and taupe colors from the CHANEL Quadra Eyeshadow in Prelude, and applied the shimmery gold/champagne shades as highlights on the lid. I then added CHANEL Inimitable Intense Mascara in Noir on the top lashes and CHANEL Inimitable Intense Mascara in Brun on lower lashes for a more natural effect. And finished the look with the fresh looking Rouge Coco Hydrating Crème Lip Colour in Paradis. Healthy beautiful skin and warm corals on the cheeks and lips keeps the look so fresh!”

Ove godine je bilo stvarno prekrasnih haljina, mada moram naglasiti da su mnoge izgledale glamuroznije na tv-u nego li izgledaju na slikama.
Apsolutna kraljica stila je bila i ostala Angelina Jolie koja je svojom pojavnošću ostavljala bez daha. Krasna haljina, fantastičan make-up, kraljevsko držanje… Savršena!
Sofia Vergara također uvijek prekrasno izgleda i u zadnje nas vrijeme osvaja u Vera Wang haljinama koje joj fenomenalno stoje. Prekrasna Sofia u haljini divnog kroja i boje. 
Charlize Theron je također izgledala divno. Prekrasna haljina, prekrasne boje na prekrasnoj Charlize. Ona uvijek bira couture haljine koje znam da nisu za svačiji ukus.
Još jedna ljepotica koja plijeni pažnju svojim izgledom je Elle Macpherson. Vjerujem da kada se pojavi doslovno oduzima dah. Kompletno mi se svidjela, barem dok je kročila crvenim tepihom. Na slikama mi se haljina uopće ne sviđa, a i nije joj baš odgovarala u prsnom dijelu s obzirom da je doslovno bježala od nje. 
Kada se slike uvećaju, dobijem dobru potvrdu zašto se ne treba pržiti u solariju…
Vrlo mi se svidjela i haljina od Claire Danes, a lijepa je i ona od Nicole Ritchie. Kate B. je cijela lijepa. Sviđaju mi se i Tilda i Rooney. Kada pogledate Tildinu frizuru i ovratnik, jasno vam je s koje strane je osjetila jak udar vjetra. 
Perfektno! Naravno, bilo je još lijepih lookova, ali ovo su oni koji su mi najviše zapeli za oko.
Što se tiče promašaja… Ne znam što su Lea i Dianna htjele reći svojim haljinama, a još kada vidite Lea-ino poziranje, tek tada sve postaje prava komedija. Izgleda da su Amanda i obje Sarah-e zalutale na krivi događaj. Buffy se uz to i hvalila kako joj je kćer izabrala haljinu. Pa, vidi se. A moglo bi se reći i da joj je i oči našminkala… Drugu Sarah je još žalosnije komentirati. Očito je bila inspirirana svojom posljednjom serijom – American Horror Story. Piper se doslovno utopila u haljini, a make-up joj je kao u starice. Trebam li uopće komentirati dječačku liniju?! Busy jednostavno ne može isfurati ovu haljinu, a kad joj vidim frizuru i nezgrapnost, zabole me oči. Haljina od Jessice Biel je katastrofa, a da ne govorim o donjem vešu koji se nazire… Svakako ju izvlače lijepo lice i make-up.
